"Got what I ordered"
Everything in my order was right, no mix-ups or missing items. I did have to go through the package and double-check it all, which felt a little annoying, like I couldn’t really relax until I knew nothing was wrong. But in the end, it was all correct, so I’m happy overall...

I tried local pickup and overall it was just okay. My order was ready the same day, which was nice, but figuring out where I was supposed to go wasn’t super clear.

I ended up waiting around 10 minutes before anyone came out, and that part was weird. The staff was friendly enough once they helped me, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest. I’d probably use pickup again if I was already nearby...

"Pretty good selection, but not everything"
They’ve got a solid selection, maybe a few dozen options to look through depending on what you’re after. I found plenty of good stuff, but there were also a couple things I expected to see that weren’t there. Overall, not bad at all.

"Love that the materials are easy to find"
I’m picky about body-safe materials, so I really appreciated that She Bop makes it easy to see what everything is made of. I was able to find silicone and glass options without clicking around forever, which was nice. When my order showed up, everything felt legit and not at all sketchy. Shipping was about what I expected, packaging was simple, no fuss. Overall, solid shop if you care about what your toys are made from.

"Pretty discreet, but privacy details could be easier to find"
I ordered once and overall it felt private. The packaging was discreet, and I didn’t get any strange follow-up emails afterward, which I appreciated. My only complaint is that it took me a little while to find the privacy info on the site, so that part could be clearer. Still, the experience was mostly good.

"Decent site, but kind of annoying to use"
The site works, so I can’t really complain too much, but browsing around felt a little clunky. A couple pages took longer to load than I expected, and I had to poke around the menu for a bit before figuring out where things were. Checkout was actually fine once I got to it, so that part was a relief. Overall it’s not a bad website at all, but also, wow, it could definitely be smoother

I’ve found the guides helpful overall. They explain the basics well, and for most common questions, that’s really what you need. That said, some topics feel like they stop just when you’re looking for a bit more detail. I get that not everything needs to be overly complicated, but a few updates and deeper explanations would make it a lot more useful.

I had to email them twice before I finally got a reply, which was actually a little frustrating. Once they did get back to me, they were nice and fixed the issue, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience, just something they could improve.

"Staff really knew what they were talking about"
The team was super helpful and answered my questions quickly. They seemed to actually know their stuff, which made the whole thing easy. Weirdly, I remember there was a tiny rubber duck sitting near the counter, but the service was what stood out most.

I ordered from sheboptheshop.com and, the shipping ended up being faster than I expected. I’m not sure if I just got lucky or what, but my package showed up a few days earlier than I had in mind. The tracking was easy to follow too, from what I remember. Everything arrived fine and I didn’t have any issues, so I’d probably order from them again.

"Showed up fast and the packaging was super discreet"
My order arrived quickly, which I appreciated because I was kind of keeping an eye out for it. The box was totally plain with no weird labels, logos, or anything that would make someone curious about what was inside. it was exactly what I was hoping for packaging-wise because it didn’t feel awkward at all when it showed up.

"Exchange was way easier than I expected..."
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and figured the exchange would be a whole thing, but it really wasn’t. The return instructions were easy to follow, and they got back to me faster than I expected. My replacement showed up without any drama, which was such a relief... really happy with how it all worked out.
